- Monday – Rest
- Tuesday – 60 min walking, additional 2 mile walk, 10 min abs
- Wednesday – 70 minutes walking
- Thursday – 85 minutes walking
- Friday – 75 minutes walking
- Saturday – Body Pump class
- Sunday – 15k race!
9/7/2010 - 9/12/2010
- Monday – Rest!
- Tuesday – 10 minute walk, 30 minute run/walk (treadmill), 20 minutes weights
- Wednesday – Jackie Warner core program (20 minutes), 30 minutes walking, 45 minutes run/walk (incline, intervals, etc.)
- Thursday – Carmen Electra-warm up (20 minutes), 60 minutes walking, 2 mile walk, abs + 15 pushups
- Friday – Carmen Electra Aerobic routine 1 (20 min), 15 minute walk, 45 minute run/walk (incline and intervals)
- Saturday – 10 min walk (warm up), 60 min Body Pump class
- Sunday – Cleaning and Shopping!
8/30/2010 – 9/6/2010
- Monday – Shopping/Cleaning, Rest
- Tuesday – 60 minutes walking, 30 minutes weights + abs, 75 minute Yin yoga class
- Wednesday – 105 minutes walking
- Thursday – Personal yoga flow (25 minutes), 40 minutes walking, 30 minute run/walk on treadmill, 20 minutes weight lifting, 10 minutes abs
- Friday – Yoga, walking
- Saturday – Pioneer 5k!, 75 minute Hatha yoga class
- Sunday – 75 minute run/walk

- Monday – Cheryl Burke’s “Disco Abs” (30 min), 90 minutes walking
- Tuesday – Cardio Calorie Burn with Kendall Hogan (30 min), 75 minutes walking
- Wednesday – Jillian Michaels’ “30 Day Shred” Level 1 (25 min), 105 minutes walking
- Thursday – Goddess Cardio Bellydancing (20 min), Yoga stretching, 103 minutes walking
- Friday – Upper body weights (10 min), 90 minutes walking
- Saturday – Colon Cancer 5k!
- Sunday – REST

- Monday – Run/walk 2.30 miles
- Tuesday – Walked 60 minutes
- Wednesday – 20 min walk, 30 min elliptical, 15 min weights & abs
- Thursday – 15 min walk, Jillian Michael’s “Boost Your Metabolism” (25 minutes)
- Friday – Jillian’s “Yoga Meltdown” (30 min), 30 min walking (on breaks), 45 min walk
- Saturday – 3 mile night race!

- Saturday – Lots of walking, 15 minutes of yoga (on my own)
- Sunday – Lots more walking, went to a festival and shopping!

- Monday – Rest/Sick
- Tuesday – 30 minute walk, 20 minutes on recumbent bike, 20 minutes weight lifting
- Wednesday – 3 mile walk
- Thursday – 2 mile walk, plus walking at the dog park with Suzie
- Friday – 2 mile jog
- Saturday – 60 minute yoga podcast
- Sunday – Rest/House cleaning
6/21/10 – 6/27/10
- Monday – 60 minute walk, 75 minute yoga class
- Tuesday – 60 minute walk (skipped Body Pump, still sore from yoga)
- Wednesday – 60 minute walk
- Thursday – 60 minute walk (skipped Body Pump-tired)
- Friday – 60 minute walk
- Saturday – Rest, Grocery shopping
- Sunday – Rest

- Monday – 30 minutes cardio (10 bike/10 step/10 elliptical), 75 minute yoga class
- Tuesday – 2 mile run (treadmill), Body Pump class (60 min)
- Wednesday – REST (my knee was hurting)

- Friday – 2 mile run (treadmill)
- Saturday – Champions 4 Her 5k run!
- Sunday – REST (lots of napping was had)
